Debilitated...

Its 11.25pm... Just reached home...

Beat, exhausted, dead-tired... Cant feel my fingers as I typed this post. Just had a tennis session this evening with Guan Aik at Reuters Science Park. Man... is his stamina good...! I was totally exhausted after 45 mins but I continued playing, forcing myself, taking attention to each stroke and swing... It was a good game for the night and I can sense that he enjoyed tonight's game too =)

Back still aching and my limbs are numb, most probably gonna have cramps in my sleep tonight... It has been a long time since I played a 2 hours, singles tennis session. Went for a drink at one of the pubs along Tanjong Pagar. Once again, I drank beer on an empty stomache after sports... feeling that I cant hold liquor that well anymore... guess its time to train myself by drinking more...

Today was generally a good day... smooth sailing and enjoyable... gotta pick up my pace in my work though...

Hadn't had dinner yet... most probably going to skip it and head for my lovely bed... =D
